Meet Our Founders

"Our mission is to empower the next generation of business leaders".

Stephanie Meininger

Stephanie Meininger is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting at Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now Bonvoy). In 2002, she founded Group To Go, Inc., a successful group travel and meeting planning agency. She has since trained sales teams in various travel niches and shared her expertise in an interview with Montel Williams.

Stephanie also created Travel Planner Workshops, offering an "Earn and Learn" curriculum for aspiring travel professionals. Her passion for hospitality and event planning led her to establish a real estate venture group focused on rental properties for work and leisure retreats.

Driven by a commitment to education, she co-founded Entrepreneur ©2019, a hands-on curriculum teaching financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills to students. Stephanie has authored textbooks used in schools across the U.S. and works with students both in-person and virtually.

"Empowering the great minds

that will shape tomorrow's market."

Lauren Mitchell

Lauren Mitchell, M.Ed., is a dedicated educator with over two decades of teaching experience. Her passion for shaping young minds led her to become a mentor and role model for countless students throughout her career. With a strong belief in entrepreneurship and financial literacy, Lauren partnered with Stephanie Meininger to take her expertise beyond the classroom.

Throughout her teaching career, Lauren noticed a growing interest in entrepreneurship among her students and decided to take action. She mentored these students in developing and launching their businesses, and her efforts resulted in a popular entrepreneur's club at her school, which grew in popularity each year.

Lauren's entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop at teaching. She ventured into the travel industry, creating a business that caters to her clients' needs. This venture not only showcases her love for entrepreneurship and travel but also continues to make a lasting impact on both her students and the broader community.
